For more than 39 years, Blacktail Health has been an integral part of the healthcare landscape, growing with each passing year by adding sites and services that you and your family need. We serve nearly 13,000 patients each year including those who are insured, underinsured, or uninsured and may qualify for our sliding fee scale.
WELLNESS
We believe that healthcare is a basic human right. We work hard every single day to provide primary medical, dental, pharmacy, behavioral health services and care management to every person in our region.
