Elaine Birdsley, SWLC

Elaine Birdsley is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker Candidate at Blacktail Health in Dillon. She completed her bachelor’s degree at Southern New Hampshire University in Anthropology and earned her Master’s of Social Work degree from Walden University. Elaine values building genuine, trusting relationships with patients of all ages. She believes that every person deserves to be met with respect, compassion, and understanding. Guided by social work ethics, she is committed to honoring each patient’s strengths, lived experiences, and right to self-determination. She strives to create a welcoming, supportive space where individuals can feel heard, empowered, and supported in their journey toward well-being. Outside the clinic, Elaine enjoys crafting, gardening, and spending time with her family and children.
